Charles W. “Chuck” Cramer, AIA, Principal

Charles W. “Chuck” Cramer, Principal, is a registered architect, holds licenses to practice architecture in 12 states, and has 35 years experience in the field of architecture and building construction. Chuck holds an Associates Degree in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA and attended the Boston Architectural Center. He gained much of his extensive experience in construction document preparation and achieved expertise in code compliance as Project and Office Manager for the former architectural firm of J. Glen Hughes Associates, Easton, MA (1968-1985).

In 1985, he established his own architectural firm, C. W. Cramer Associates, Easton, MA. In 1990, he and Howard Levine formed a partnership and established Cramer Levine & Company, Architects.

An active member of his community, Chuck has served as Chairperson for the Easton Handicapped Advisory Committee, Town Hall Building Committee and he is currently serving as a member of the Ames Free Library - Easton's Public Library Building Committee. He serves as Building Committee Chairperson and a member of the Board of Directors for Temple Chayai Shalom, Easton, MA. Chuck is a member of the nominating committee and is a Corporator for the North Easton Savings Bank, Easton, MA.

Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Boston Society of Architects and is NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certified.

Howard V. Levine, AIA, Principal

Howard V. Levine, Principal, is a registered architect, holds licenses to practice architecture in 12 states, and has 32 years experience in architecture and business management. Howard holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA. Following graduation, Howard studied architectural design for 6 years at the Boston Architectural Center. He gained much of his experience in design and business development working in the Architecture, Design and Construction Department of the Howard Johnson Company, Braintree, MA, (1974-1984) which specialized in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

In 1984, he formed his own architectural firm, Howard Levine Design Associates, and in 1990 along with Chuck Cramer, Cramer Levine & Company, Architects was established.

Active in his community of Sharon, MA, Howard is on the Board of Directors and is co-chairperson of the House Committee for Temple Israel and has served on both the Town of Sharon Designer Selection Committee and the Sacred Heart Dormitory Reutilization Committee.

Howard is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Boston Society of Architects, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), and is NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certified.

Howard remains active with his alma mater, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston. For 13 years, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association, and served as its President and past President from 1991 to 1995. In 1993, he was appointed Corporator, and in 1999 he was honored with the Alumni Leadership Award presented by the Wentworth Alumni Association. In October, 2005 Howard was appointed to the Board of Trustees. At the May 13, 2006 WIT commencement, he was the Commencement Speaker and spoke to the students about “Life After Wentworth”. Howard received an honorary Doctorate of Engineering Technology Degree (honoris causa).
