• Bret Chalupa, Senior Project Manager. Bret attended Syracuse University School of Architecture and the Boston Architectural Center. Bret’s 22 years of experience in methods, materials and construction document preparation, and his strong management skills are most advantageous to our firm. He has been with Cramer Levine & Company, Architects since 1991.

• Matthew A. Bouchard, Senior Project Manager. Matt holds an Associates of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology (1995) Summa Cum Laude and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture (1997) Summa Cum Laude from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA. Matt has been with Cramer Levine & Company, Architects since graduation. He brings to the firm a combination of his strong design skills, organization, management and creative ideas.

• Tommy Moreira, Project Manager. Tommy earned his Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Massasoit Community College (1996) and Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural Center (2006), He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). His vast knowledge of AutoCAD, along with his strong design skills, is an asset to this firm. He has been with Cramer Levine & Company, Architects since 1997.

• Paulo A. Oliveira, Project Manager. Paul earned his Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Massasoit Community College (1996). Paul is currently a candidate for a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural Center. He brings to this firm a strong background in residential/commercial construction and technical knowledge in AutoCad and he is very attentive to detail. Paul has been with Cramer Levine & Company, Architects since 1998.
