Factory expansion of 106,000 sq. ft. Creation of a bridge to connect the newly acquired manufacturing building with existing operations building. Renovation of existing warehouse and office space as well as renovation of new manufacturing/ warehouse and tenant space. Total sq. ft. with expansion and bridge is now 146,000 sq. ft.
